I've finished the repainting in the master bedroom!! It was a lot of climbing up a 16 foot ladder and down and up and up and down -- 20' ceilings in this room!! I went and picked out a color from the new wallpaper that I put up a couple of weeks ago--the wallpaper is wine, dark forest green, beige with a copper metalic finish---the masterbedroom walls are now Black Raspberry Rhapsody--a dark wine color! We went from white walls to deep burgundy color. Quite a change. Stark, but so dramatic. I love it!!

So now you have a "Rhapsody" going on in the Master BEDROOM!! Well Okey Dokey!! If your walls were white before you really did do a BIG change!! That was a lot of work and I know working with the darker colors is harder too!! I bet you are tired today!! But the results are always worth it!! I am trying to rest as much as possible today. Grandkids come this afternoon for their 6 day 6 night stay!! Crossing fingers!!!! Sandy
I think that is just about the same color as GG's kitchen! It's beautiful Wys! I love deep color in rooms! (obviously... from the gal with a Navy blue entrance and part living room!)
I love the dark color. Dark colors in a bedroom are so cozy. They are worth the extra work, for sure!
It's awesome! The wall paper is magnificent with that dark color. It looks so elegant, a room fit for a queen! Great job!!
Beautiful! You did a wonderful job! I love the wallpaper and the way it contrast with the plumb walls. You sconces or maybe you call them hanging chandeliers are just beautiful. :)
The colors in this room are great, I just love them. It sounds like you got a good workout painting and climbing up and down the ladder.
Wow! A dramatic change indeed! Well done. It's really matching, the colors, wallpapers and all the "house decorating stuff".
You must be really pleased after all that work put into it :-)
Love the work!!
Thanks for the comment on pumpkins. If you decide to paint them, you can find the paint at any craft store; usually with several colors together (cheaper). It's acrylic; the same thing used for model cars, etc.
Another friend said she adds glitter and stickers. I suppose your imagination and budget are the only limits.

Such a rich color, I love it
