Well, in the beginning of this past week, the national hurricane center had the newest tropical depression (with winds of 39mph) track heading for the Louisiana, Texas coast line. I've been watching it of course--checking each day to see the newest path predicted. Last night before I shut the computer down for the evening it was supposedly going to head off Cuba, into the Gulf and hit Alabama. Today, early, the predicted path of Ernesto is, he will head off Cuba then reach the Gulf and take a more sharper N-NE turn over Florida around Thursday-Friday of this coming week! At this blog time he's clocked with 73 miles per hour sustained winds, just two mph from hurricane force winds.
Batten down the hatches folks in that area. And pray it will not be as forceful and lethal as the ones we in the states experienced last year!! (Hopefully it'll be just a gentle tropical storm by the time it hits the states)

Thanks for letting me know about this coming storm since we could get the remnant of it I guess. I have been more interested this year because of the names..My name Sandy and my hubby's name MIke are both on it this year!! I thought that was FUNNY for us both to be on the list on the same year. I hope it does not get that far down to my name.
Wystful would you have any idea why I can't get blogger to let me publish my blog today? It says that there is no no space left on device blog...I did not know that you "ran out of space?" Hm...I am just dumb I guess!! I tried to post this morning and that is what I keep getting...Oh well maybe they want me to stop!! smile!!
Have a great Sunday!!
I hadn't seen that yet this morning, thanks W1 for the update.
