These two photos I scanned from a couple of biographies in our library/computer room. They are/were both famous. Both photos are/were taken when they were aged 3.
Do you know who they are?
Come back tomorrow for the answer.
Happy Saturday everyone.

I am a black & white photo adict!!!
I love old photos too... I wish I had a scanner because I have some wonderful ones!
Pretty kids, but have no idea who they could be. Liz Taylor on the right?
Happy saturday, my pic is up :)
Beautiful babies...don't know who though. Take care. Dani
TDR on the left, same hair as when he was grown LOL! On the right...hmmm...Elizabeth Taylor, I think.
Great idea!!!
Thanks for stopping by :-)
I was going to guess Ronald Reagan for the little boy, but for the little girl I have no idea...lol.
Great photo's! One black and whites are my faves!
I'm absolutely amAzed that Janet (fond of snape) had the guesses that I first thought when looking... BUT... then I got thinking about YOU and how you put things together... and things that you LOVE... and my guess is going to be Clark Gable and Vivian Lee? And if I'm wrong? Well, frankly my dear... I don't give a damn! LOL!
NOTE FROM WYSTFUL: How funny Melli. You got me giggling today.
Dear Wystful1,
This was a great idea! Unique. I love these type of B&W photos. I'm gonna take a guess and say the little boy is Ronald Reagan and the little girl is Mary Pickford.
I think it's too old to be Liz Taylor, but what do I know?? LOL.
Mine is up.
Cheers,
Carol
Liz Taylor is good guess for the girl. I was kind of thinking Jackie O too. The boy ....possible Ronald Regan. I'll have to check back and see.
I have to jump on the Liz Taylor bandwagon, as those eyes seem like the dead giveaway....
Great fun in doing this!
Wow, that is a hard one!
I'm guessing Elenor and Franklin D Roosevelt!
Will be back tomorrow!
Mine's up today too!
I"m not sure who they are at all. The little girl really looks familar but I just can't think of who she might be.
Great photos and fun little guessing game too.
Not sure of the boy. But the girl is Elizabeth Taylor.
I have no idea, but they sure were cuties!! I have my photo hunt up!!
Well, my first thought was Elizabeth Taylor but no clue about the little boy. They're both great pictures!
Your are so very smart!!! Another very clever thing to do with PSH. Oh, and thank you for visiting my PSH!
I know the answer, I think. I won't give it away.
Pam
I was going to guess Mae West, but it doesnt' really look like her. I'll come back tomorrow to see the answer. :-)
Happy Saturday and thanks for stopping by.
Hi Wystful - These are wonderful youthful photos. I'll stop back to see who they are.
You know, I don't even want to guess, because I don't know, and I'm not gonna read the comments till tomorrow when the answers are posted. :P
Nice idea!
Don't have the smallest clue who those photos are. They're cute though.
Thanks for dropping by.
oh, I would have said Liz, too, until I read the Gable/Leigh comment... hmmm. how fun! I have to remember to check back!
no clues but it looks like others do.. beautiful b and w's. thanks for the visit.
xldon't have a clue. but the little girl definitely has gorgeous eyes! are they violet? lol! mine's up! ;)
I had no idea until I looked to see what everyone had guessed. I think it's Clark Gable and Vivian Leigh too.
Have a Happy Saturday!
I was all for Ronald Reagan and Liz Taylor until I saw the Clark Gable/Vivien Leigh comment. Now I can go either way.
Clever idea.
I would have thought Liz but I have no idea. I'll be back tomorrow.
If they aren't you, I have no clue! Sorry.
My first guess on the girl was Elizabeth Taylor as well. I don't know who the boy is, but his head looks a bit strange on his body. Crooked or something. Neat idea for photos, by the way, including a guessing game.
You always make me think when I come over.
But this time - I can't come up with anything...Sorry. I am looking forward for you to reveal the mystery. Great youth photos though :)
That's tough. I'm gonna make some wild ass guesses:
Teddy Roosevelt and Elizabeth Taylor.
Happy SPH!!
Wow I'm just reading the others comments now.
Janet picked the same as me... maybe we're right! That would be so kool!
I didn't look first! Honest. I love puzzles too much to cheat!
haha Melli I was thinking Clark Gable for the first one too but stuck with Teddy Roosevelt or maybe I have that wrong and it should be Franklin Roosevelt. Don't know the American Presidents too well.
Sorry for all the multiple posts W1!
Nice take on the theme.
How about Liz Taylor and Montgomery Clift or maybe it's Roddy McDowell.
Thanks for swinging by.
Frances
omg ... I have no clue what so ever. They little girl is very pretty though... Um....Shirley Temple? I don't know..lol
I don't know but they're adorable! :o)
I have absolutely no idea who they are, I just think that the photos are so fun to see :-)
Ok I'm drawing a blank on these ones, no idea at all who they are.
Tell us tell us!
I give up :)
Thanks for stopping by :)
I do love my Miss Scarlet! I guess Vivien Leigh as the little girl - the boy...hmmmm...could it be the one that doesn't give a darn? Clark Gable?? tee-hee
Hey, thanks for visiting my site - and this is great, I do love the old classic B&W photos! I will check back tomorrow to see if what the answers are...
Love the photos - no idea who they are. :) Mine's up
Great Photos!
I will guess Robert Blake and Ingrid Bergman
That's a great idea. I've been reading the comments, cuz I had no idea, and I think the eyes do look like Elizabeth Taylor. I don't have any idea on the boy. Mine is up late
Love these photos. B/W are always my favorite!
Ah, I already saw the answers, sorry I'm late visiting, we had a disaster in the house yesterday if you didn't notice on the blog yesterday ;). Thanks for sharing and hope you have a wonderful rest of the weekend.
